OUR VISION
The idea for Her Health Co arose from a passion for women’s health, beauty and wellness combined with enthusiasm for evidence-based treatment principles. Too many women have inadequate access to health care due to gaps in the current system and are unable to find the personalized solutions they need. Her Health Co aims to bridge these gaps using an interdisciplinary, holistic approach to promote physical and mental healing.
Her Health Co provides several services directed towards optimizing women's health, wellness, beauty and self-image.
Meet The Team
Alina Moyer NP-PHC
Director & Clinical Care Lead
Alina Moyer is a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner presently working within a a local Community Health Centre. She has over 14 years of nursing experience with a focus on emergency medicine, primary care and medical aesthetics. She is particularly passionate about mental health, women’s health and holistic wellness. As the director and clinical lead of Her Health Co, you can expect to see Alina for your initial consultations and continued support and care throughout your journey with Her Health Co.
Dr. Kara Jonas
Clinical Support & Co-Owner
Kara Jonas is the Communications Lead at Her Health Co. She is currently in her first year of her OB/GYN residency at Queen's University. Before returning to medical school, she completed her undergraduate degree in Nursing at McMaster University and worked in a variety of clinical settings. She shares Alina’s passion for women’s health and wellness and is committed to helping women feel empowered in their health journeys.
